Outcomes:
a clear map of the 7 SuperSkills and why they matter now
a practical way to think about task unbundling and role redesign
a leadership plan for capability building that goes beyond training
Ideal for:
Boards, leadership teams, HR executives, transformation leaders.

FAQs
Who should I hire to speak about AI transformation?
I help leadership teams understand how AI reshapes work, capability, and competitive advantage, without the hype or fear.
What makes your keynotes different?
Frameworks over buzzwords. Practical over theoretical. Based on 10 years researching what survives disruption.
How far in advance should we book?
3-6 months for best availability, though I sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
Do you customize topics? Always. Every keynote is tailored to your audience, industry, and challenges.
Virtual or in-person?
Both. In-person preferred for deeper engagement, virtual when geography requires it.
Who would deliver the AI Keynote?
Rahim Hirji would deliver the AI Keynote tailored to your requirements.
Do you customise?
Yes. Every talk is adapted to your industry, audience, and goals.
Bespoke Keynotes
I deliver bespoke, industry-specific keynotes that use AI as the backdrop, not the headline. Each session can be bespoke to industry and draws on cross-industry benchmarks from education, recruitment, banking, consulting, and professional services to show what is working, what is breaking, and where organisations are stuck. Coming from outside the system gives me licence to surface the elephants in the room, challenge comfortable assumptions, and create the conditions for honest discussion with me there or once I'm gone. The aim is not to prescribe a single answer, but to help leadership teams see their industry clearly, compare themselves to credible reference points, and make better decisions about how humans, work, and capability evolve together. The provocations can be deep or surface-level, but the aim is to enact change by asking questions that I would ask any organisation and leader.
Ideal For: Leaders responsible for shaping how people, work, and capability evolve as AI reshapes their industry
